UPDATED 02/13/2009 Ohio's State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors recognizes the importance of privacy to our website visitors. Public Records

Usage Statistics
The Board's web server automatically collects information on every visitor to our site. This information does not disclose personal identifiers such as name, address, telephone number or email address. Each time a request is made to view a page within our website, a log file is created capturing generic user information. Examples of generic user information include the type of internet browser and computer operating system you are using; the date and time you accessed our site; the internet protocol address of the individual computer, or proxy server, making the request and the internet address of the site from which you linked to our site.
All information collected by way of server log files is used in aggregate form only and may be analyzed for trends and statistics in order to help us improve our website.
Forms, Email
The Board's website does not collect personally identifiable information; such as your name, address, telephone number or email address; unless you provide such information voluntarily. Any personal information voluntarily provided by visitors, including personal information submitted in online forms and email, will be used for the purposes stated on the web page and may also be shared with other agencies as required by law or pursuant to agency authority.

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 149.43, section 1347.08 and section 1347.09, users have rights to their information given to this site in respect to inspecting, correcting and disputing. This is applicable to any information collected, used or maintained on this website.
